Mission & Outreach: March is Red Cross Awareness Month. We will be doing a project to support the local Red Cross Chapter. We will be collecting New sweatshirts and sweatpants. These will be given to individuals who are burned out of their homes and have nothing immediately to wear. Or you may make a monetary donation for this project. Make your check to “Saint John’s” with a designation “sweatshirts” on the memo line. Or if you prefer to make a donation directly to the Red Cross, we will make sure to forward your check. There will also be fire prevention handouts in the Parlor all month long.

Smoke Alarm installation: On March 31, 2018 St. John’s in conjunction with the Red Cross will be installing smoke alarms in homes “free of charge.” If you would like one installed in your home,
please call the office and leave your name, address and phone number.

Food Pantry Collection: We will also be collecting peanut butter and jelly and canned goods to donate to the Food Pantry. They especially need canned meat items such as tuna, salmon, chicken, ham & Spam. More information to come as well. We will have boxes in the Parlor for your donations. Thank you
